IT Squad was created when opportunity and demand met in the marketplace. There was a need for a professional IT support company, with skilled technical engineers, able to substitute the lack of IT personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises. It is rather difficult for such an enterprise to afford employing qualified IT staff, due to the added expense and lack of availability. Therefore, the ideal solution is to outsource this service and bring in an IT support company like us.

We started from one self-employed specialist and expanded to an entire technical team. We signed our first maintenance and support contract in 2005, and from then on we have grown wiser and more experienced, evolving into what we are today: a company providing IT services to both SMBs and larger enterprises, with coverage in other cities, throughout the country.

With a passionate and experienced team on call, we take care of your network as if it were our own. We have always had a wonderful business relationship with all our customers and their employees, because we are dedicated, we like what we do and we view their staff as our work colleagues. For these reasons and many more, we have never had a customer, for whom we provide IT support, leave us.
